The Medical Services Administrator - DoSA will be responsible for directing and supervising the medical services at the DoSA Wellness centers which are comprised of: 3 outpatient Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP's), and 2 chemical dependency treatment programs and related services. The Administrator will be directly responsible for managing the development and reporting of productivity of all medical personnel, ensure correct patient registrations, work with commercial payers to deal with billing issues and manage internal and external audits. The Administrator will also manage all personnel charts for medical providers, including licensure, DEA registration, etc. Finally, the administrator will conduct and present all incident reporting with medical services and report to the CQI committee. The Medical Services Administrator will also manage the application, development and administration of all grants and contracts in the Division and their related Program Coordinators. The Medical Services Administrator will work collaboratively with other senior leadership at DoSA including the the Director of Finance, and the Administrative Nurse Manager and will be directly supervised by the Administrative Director. Master's Degree required (ie.., Public Administration, Public Health, Social Work). Five years experiencerequired. Candidate must possess sophisticated interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and demonstrate the capacity to work well in a collaborative team environment. Must be highly organized and be able to work independently. Must possess excellent decision making skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects. Must possess the ability to communicate orally and in writing. In addition, the candidate must possess: -Expertise in the administration of primary care services and integrated care and at least 5 years of experience as a program director/administrator of a Primary Care Services Program in a Hospital or Outpatient setting. -Extensive knowledge of Article 28 regulations - Extensive knowledge of billing and reimbursements - Knowledge and/or experience of substance use disorders and treatment is preferred - Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and providing supervision.
