Job Details Description Position Summary: The Credit & Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable dollars, resolving customer billing issues and reducing accounts receivable Responsibilities: * Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of a potential client using external credit risk management tools/reports. * Account specific research and resolution in accordance with A/R goals and metrics. * Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations. * Research and resolve customer disputes and complaints. Ensure follow up and resolution with internal team partners and external customers. * Process and compile appropriate information on accounts for refunds, write-offs, credit memos and adjustments. * Adhere to specific and strict deadlines as it relates to filing Lien and Bond Claim deadlines. * Respond to vendor inquiries regarding vendor forms, credit references, requests for tax exempt certificates and other matters. * Various duties, as assigned by Corporate Credit Manager.
