We are seeking an Independent Sales Outreach Consultant. This position is a 1099 - 100% commission-based opportunity. Please be advised this is not a (W2) employment opportunity.

Must be able to PURSUE and ENGAGE NEW sales opportunities for:
New Client Signing Bonus!!! - Up to $1500.00!!
-Prior experience as an Independent Sales Representative/Consultant (preferred)
-3+ years of proficient sales experience (Must be able to provide Sales Reference Qualifications) -Enjoys building new business connections
-Comfortable contacting and interacting with C-Suite; CEO, CTO, CIO leadership (a must)
-Excel in discovering, driving, and closing new business accounts
-Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency -Robust personality for forming relationships and maintaining a ROR (Return on Relationship) -Possess both the skill to work within a team as well as independently
-Work closely with our Business Development team to manage and develop BID's partnerships -Skilled at mining leads provided and applying a consultative sales approach
-Desires the potential to earn $100K+/year in commissions!
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of Project Management
-Knowledge of Software Implementation
-3-5 Years of Proficient Sales Experience
Prior experience as an Independent Sales Representative/Consultant preferred. 3+ years of sales experience.
Staffing Recruitment knowledge or background is preferred.
Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding specified sales goals.
